At FOCO, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your fan gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in original, unworn condition. Please note that personalized products and certain collectibles are final sale to ensure the integrity of our limited-edition releases.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific sports apparel or memorabilia you wish to return and select the reason for the request from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
